Arrived in the morning and leave late
If you arrive the hotel at the morning and need the room urgently, you’d better make reservation one day before your arrival. Meanwhile, if you want to postpone your departure, you’d better make one day more reservation. If you won’t do this, we would like to save the luggage for you and lobby lounge is for you to have a good rest.
Reservation guarantee and deposit
If your arrival time is after 6:00pm, the Days Hotel reservation assurance will keep your room which you reserved.If there is no room, we will arrange a room at other hotel and our hotel will pay the room charge. If you make the reservation on the internet, you have to provide your credit card information to guarantee the reservation.
About Reservation cancellation
If you want to cancel the reservation, you should inform us 24hours before your planed arrival day. The detailed rules is different and it depends on the room type and arrival day. If we didn’t receive your reservation cancellation notice in time, one day room charge will on you. About the principle of reservation cancellation and deposit, please refer and confirm at reservation.
